Аuthorisation Certificate to conduct industrial safety activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Following the Republic of Kazakhstan Laws ‘On civil protection’, par. 72, and ‘On permissions and notifications’ and basing on the Zapad Engineering, LLC, Expert Report #01-17 as of April 11, 2017, West-Kazakhstan branch of Private Joint Stock Company Severodonetsky ORGHIM reasserted the right to conduct industrial safety activities.

Issued by the Republican State Enterprise Committee of Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of Ministry of Investment and Development, RK, the Authorisation Certificate № KZ73VEK00006790 was obtained on April 28, 2017. The Certificate is valid for five years. The Certificate hereby confirms the following activities: - Training, retraining of specialists, industrial safety employees; - Industrial Safety Expert Review; - Development of Industrial Safety declaration for a hazardous production facility. The Certificate is obtained for the oil-and-gas, petrochemical, chemical, mining-and-smelting, geological-survey, ore-mining, power, car-building, road and construction industries as well as for bread products plants, boiler, lifting and hydraulic engineering structures, building and structures, vessels.
